SHIPPING & RETURNS

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow for 1-2 business for processing your order. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will generally begin processing on the next business day. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time frame.

SHIPPING STATUS

You will receive an automated email informing you that your order has been shipped with the tracking number of your package once it has been processed.

SHIPPING TIME

We offering free global shipping via Hong Kong Post. For international orders, shipping time may take up to 7-12 business days. If you need something with expedited shipping, please see Expedite Processing & Shipping below.

EXPEDITE PROCESSING & SHIPPING

We offer 1-2 day global express shipping for $35 USD. Please select the option at checkout. We will compare a few shipping carrier options depending on your location. If you need your items by a certain date for your special moments, please email us at hello@maggiewustudio.com with your location and your desired delivery date and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International customers are responsible for all customs duties and import fees. If a delivery is refused or returned to us, the customer is still responsible for the original and return shipping charges, duties, taxes and custom charges that are incurred on the package.

LOST PACKAGES

Once the order has shipped and the tracking number has been provided to the buyer, the package is outside Maggie Wu Studio’s control. All packages are shipped via couriers with reliable tracking systems and we do not take responsibility for lost or missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.Unattended delivery packages or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer will be responsible by the customer.

RETURNS: CLOTHING

We accept returns on clothing made within 14 days of purchase. All items returned to us must be in their original condition, unworn with their hang tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear will be rejected and returned to sender. Once received all returned items will be credited to the original method of payment.

RETURNS: ACCESSORIES

Due to the personal nature of the accessories, we do not accept returns on the accessories, including eye masks, rose quartz face rollers, and rose quartz combs.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please follow the following steps:

  1. Email hello@maggiewustudio.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will email you a Return Reference Number and return address once the return has been approved.
  3. Ship the item back in original packaging and condition with an insured courier - DHL, FedEx, UPS.

Once we receive the return item at our designated return office, we will process the return in 1-2 business days, and the refund will be in original form of payment. Credit card refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. Please note Maggie Wu Studio is not responsible for the cost of return shipping and we don’t accept liability for an item until it has been received by us. Make sure you keep a record of your tracking number for proof of delivery so that in the case of failed delivery of a return/exchange, you can contact the courier services supplier. Maggie Wu Studio is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us at hello@maggiewustudio.com within 3 days upon receiving the product to be eligible for an exchange.

We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise does not meet our return requirements.
